Rent Dark Days now!

If you haven’t seen this award winning documentary by Marc Singer, you must rent it now. It is the most sincere, beautiful and honest depiction of what it takes to be a homeless in the Big Apple. You’ll look at them differently after that.

Dark Days tells the story of a group of homelesses living in New York’s underground Freedom Tunnel, between Penn Station and Harlem. It was all shot in the dark in 35mm over the course of 5 years by a young Marc Singer who had never touched a camera before, and the homelesses themselves who acted as the crew! This unique movie was released in 2000.
