New York Times - pathetic…The Republicans are stuck in an ideoligical dilemma which might cost them the election: support the Bush administration bailout plan or stick to non-intervention policies? Whatever side McCain will support (it’s still quite unclear to me), he is bound to alienate part of his electorate base.
